Default GM Mark of Excellence sticker locations

My 71 convertible restoration is finished but I've got 2 stickers that sport the GM logo (the silver letters GM over the phrase in smaller type "Mark of Excellence" inside a silver bar, all on a blue background and trimmed in silver) and I'm not sure where they go. I suspect they go on the end of the doors just below the brass striker plate. Does anybody know for sure?

    Thanks!

I've never seen these on a Centurion before. I'm not sure where folks always seem to think they are on all GM cars. The only decal I have ever seen on a door jamb is the blue sticker with the VIN typed on it.

I agree with Adam. I remember seeing those GM logo stickers on the 1967 model year GM cars, but not on our '71 - '73 era cars.

We'd love to see photos of your '71 convertible restoration!
