    in fact they were offered for the 72 models and...

    in fact they were offered for the 72 models and up (also for Oldsmobile). With a working lock and key they're even more rare. Original they came with dividers in it (missing here)

    Buick chrome plated wheels are the way to go. Even though a 71 Electra never came with them from the factory I added them on mine.

    Looks to me the material is stiff enough to be attached without it.
