To All,

I guess my love affair with the Centurion happened when I was a kid. An older friend of mine owned a 1973 Buick Centurion Convertible in high school. Back then I thought it was a tank, but times change. 20 years later, a buddy of mine just finished his Centurioin converitible and it has sparked a fire. I am a big fan of the Centurion.

Any leads on a solid 1973 Buick Centurion 455 Convertible would be appreciated. I am not an investor. This would be a car that a true Buick enthusiast would enjoy.

Thanks....Will

Rolf,

Thanks for the assist. I know of the car and have been watching it. The one major broblem I have with the car is the 350. If it had a 455, it would have been in my garage months ago. If worse came to worse, I may really consider buying it and dropping in a 455.

Hope the German is doing well.

Nice original green 455 ragtop in that last one! The cardomain link has no price offering (?) but looks like a nicely modified muscle cruiser.

Got the posi unit, but still looking for 3.23 or 3.42 ring gear.

All I need now is the car.

Does anyone have any good new leads? My search requirements have gone down.

As long as the Centurion Convertible is a 1973 with a 455 and AC. I can add power windows, power locks, power trunk, and whatever else I want later.

Don't know what your price range is, but I am in the final stages of restoring my 72 Lesabre vert, 455 stage 1 headed, new paint, top, motor, etc. I am probably selling it come spring. Tony

Howdy, I am trying to help a friend sell a 72 Centurion convertible. One owner, always garaged, 21K original miles. Kind of gold with tan top and brown vinyl interior. Original paint in excellent condition, no body work ever. Interior like new, smells new, top excellent, NO RUST at all anywhere. 455/auto, PS/PB/AC. not much else for options. Any idea what this should be worth as far as an actual sale goes, not some pie in the sky apprasial that no one will ever really pay. The friend inheireted it from her father (deceased) and justs want to get fair market value for it.
