I took my Centurion in to have new U-joints installed. It had a driveline vibration. The shop has told me that it is not the u-joints, but a ball bearing between the two rear u-joints. He took it to a machine shop to have it pressed out, and a new one pressed in. They cannot find one anywhere. Is anyone familiar with this set up? Know where I could get one fast? They offered to lengthen the driveshaft and eliminate one of the rear joints, but that doesn't sound like anything I want to do. Any advice would help. I need to tell them what to do with the car.

Thanks, Randy

A good driveshaft shop should have them. If not any b-body 71-76 will work. After much searching, I found they are all around 55&1/2" from the center of the front u-joint to the 1st rear one.
