Hey guys.... well, I have the shirts here in the office!

I will begin shipping them this week. I am terribly sorry for the delay. My life has just gotten busy and priorities are taking the place of my hobbies... Plus, I am very new to this selling / shipping thing, so please be patient !! :(

Domestic U.S. Shipping - guys, I will simply ship your shirt(s) to the address you provided. An invoice will be included. It will include the shirt and shipping. To save you money on the PayPal fee's, why not just send me a check?? If you really prefer PayPal, let me know and we'll figure it out. It's not terribly expensive, but why pay for something when you don't have to?? You let me know.

International Shipping - A little trickier... I'll figure out the cost of shipping to you. (as best I can) I'll send you an email for your PayPal payment which will include shipping. I will be sure to mark the package as a gift to help you out with Customs... I plan on following Rolf's instructions to ship, (in my previous thread) so if anyone needs to add any other thoughts, PLEASE advise asap. I'm a bit nervous on this, as I'm new to it. I'd hate to have these get lost or hung up in some port because I did something wrong.

Per - when are you heading over here?? Should I still ship your shirt to your buddy as instructed??

Any other special requests or instructions should be handled with me ASAP.

Thanks fella's and please bear with me!! :beers:
Steve

I want to send a BIG thanks for putting this together. I'm looking forward to getting the shirts.

Don't sweat about any percieved delays, I didn't have a particular deadline in mind so there can't be a delay.

It's not easy getting consensus on the type of shirt, design and colors. Then getting the shirts actually made and shipped. I don't think you have anything to apologize for.

I also appreciate the trust you've shown in fronting the money and investing your time.

Thanks,
John

Steve, I’m gone be in SC the 21-24 Sep, so you can still ship to my buddy there if that’s more convenient for you…
Thanks!

Yo where can I get me a shirt?

John - unless I get a bunch of guys who are interested in placing a 2nd order, I doubt I'll be able to get additional shirts. There are costs to having these done that my supplier must endure. (yes, they pass them on to us...) But the costs are such that to do one shirt or two shirts is just too much... unless you're willing to pay the set up fee's, which are about $25 or so. That would be on top of the cost of the shirt, the shipping, etc. It would make your shirt run something like $55 or more.
What size do you wear? If something happens where one becomes available, I'll reach out to you.

Let me know.
Thanks!
Steve

ps - Just a heads up gang..... I ordered shipping boxes from the USPS and they should arrive any day. I just didn't have 25 + boxes lying around. B/c I am such a rookie at this, I didn't think about all of this, until I was starting to prepare labels...
Sorry!

Steve, you told us internationals that you would send us an email for our PayPal payment which will include shipping. Until now I havenīt got such an email. But you have my email-address ?

Hey Rolf....... I did say that, but I've been trying to figure out how to do it. I've never shipped oversea's. Not once. Here's what I came up with. If you, or any other members have a better idea, I am all ears.

Standard, flat rate shipping for a box is $38.95 using the US Postal Service. It says I can ship anywhere in the world (except Mexico and Canada) for that rate. If that works, then here's the break down.

$36.00 for the shirt
$38.95 for shipping and handling
$74.95 total

(for anyone that ordered 1 shirt) If you ordered 2 - just double the shirt cost, but leave the shipping the same. I'll fold in such a way as to make them fit in one box!)

I plan on shipping the international shirts as soon as payment is rec'd. Only doing that to you Int'l guys b/c of the cost. I'm on paypal site right now entering your email addresses to send a request for payment...

OK??

Domestic guys... I planned on sending you an invoice for the shirt and shipping. If you'd prefer to pay by paypal, tell me, and I'll send you a money request via paypal....

Remember, I must add .03% to each order when using paypal...

Steve,
I just looked to the web-site of USPS and found that shipping international within 6 to 10 days – called Priority MailŪ International Flat-Rate Envelope – costs only 11.95 US$ if weight is not more than 4 pounds :
http://ircalc.usps.gov/IntlMailServices.aspx?Country=10137&M=11&P=2&O=0&sd=1
I found this page after fill in "GERMANY" and weight in this site :
http://ircalc.usps.gov/default.aspx?Mode=Intl_Single&CID=10137
So you could follow it yourself. Itīs much cheaper and I guess a strong envelope with the shirt packed inside in in a 2nd plastic envelope will not have more than 4 pounds (click on the "?" to get more infos).
So we could reduce the costs a little.

Hope that itīs correct what I found and such an strong envelope with a plastic envelope and the shirt inside really is enough - even to send it overseas.

Down here is a shot from the cost-site for you to ensure that you will look to the same site as I found it.

Tell us if you will find the same costs.

Such a lot work for you - I really hope that someday I could do something for you also, Steve.

THANKS for all again !

Hey gang... I neglected to put invoices in your boxes as promised. So, please send me a check when your shirt arrives.... address is included.
$36 per shirt
$9.80 for shipping

If you want paypal, fine, but we'll need to add the service charges as well. (.03%, I think!) I'll need your email address. Send me a PM if this is how you want to handle.

THE ABOVE IS FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY -

All international "customers" will receive or have received a paypal invoice. We're going to try Rolf's idea and ship them in an "envelope" versus a box. If the shirts fit in the envelope, we'll go that route! The cost difference is substantial. ($29 vs. $12)
More to come. Waiting for the envelopes to arrive.

Thanks!
Steve

I received my shirt yesterday.
Now I haven't tried it on yet but I think the size is perfect.
The embroidery is top quality.
I have experience with embroidered items and I can vouch for it.
Mine is terrific! :)
The golden brown (I hope I described the color accurately) thread on the black shirt is perfect.

Ok fella's, time to model them. Get your rides out, strike a pose and let's see what they look like on you.... plus, we can enjoy the pic of your car too!!

INTL guys - shirts are ready to go, but the shipping label requires your phone number. I sent you all (Rolf, Mikael, Cartsen) an email asking for your phone number. As soon as I get it, I'll process and get them out. (sorry, but the envelopes and boxes took a while to get here!) Cartsen and Mikael, your shirts were shipped in a box b/c you bought two. Rolf, yours shipped in an envelope. (we need to square away the shipping costs Rolf)

Thanks guys!

Well.... so much for that idea! LOL... glad everyone is enjoying them. If there is enough interest, I can place a 2nd order for more shirts. I'll probably need a minimum order of some kind, but don't know what that number may be. Let me know if anyone wants a shirt. (I know John (Shibbyman) wants one...)
