Hello All!
Been an infrequent visitor to the site. Have submitted images but haven't seen them up yet, or else I'm not looking in the right place. Glad to see a forum board up!
My first Centurion was a 1971 formal coupe. White with black interior. Bought in in 1989 as my first car. Paid $350.00 for it. Had to eventually have the tranny rebuilt, have stolen parts replaced and the car was ultimately junked. The only thing I had wished was different was that it wasn't a convertible. I wish I had held on to it. Because...
My second Centurion is a 1972 convertible. Was originally blue, but had been repainted white by the time I got it. Black carpet and dash. White seats and arm panels. Bought it in 1998 for $3200.00. New top and top hardware (ouch!) new seat covers. She stilll drives smooth like a dream. The eventual long term goal is to bring her back to original specs. I don't have all the details here at work, but I will post them later!
Great site!
Thanks a lot!!
