Hey!
i´ve used the last week´s nice weather-not too cold, not too hot-
to spend some time in the garage...
the results:
-gas tank is cleaned and coated outside and sealed inside
-EVERY screw, bolt and nut cleaned and coated
-the floorpan inside is now rustfree, with some patched areas
-the big rotten part under the rear seat is like new,
thanx to the le sabre custom on the salvage (this one also donated the trunk floor)
-old trunk floor removed, now it fits in a shoe-box!
-pulled out some minor dents
next things will be the trunk floor, the big dent on the left rear quarter panel-
maybe with a part from the le sabre, then the swiss-cheese on the bottom of both quarter panels, and when the underbody is finished i´m gonna turn the car and do a few things in the front like pulling the engine, surface rust removal ect...
