It's a fine looking car... Great looking car, though I don't know what the color is called. (Gold??)
Bob, Brian, Adam and Keith - the build sheet is photographed and shown as well. Should be easy to document.
Someone buy this beauty !!! Please !!! :beers:

Wow, that's amazing.
One thing I can't figure out is this picture. Could this be a different car? What's that peice of sheet metal where the drive line hump should be. It isn't in any of the other shots, and I've never seen anything like it on Centurion.

John - I just went back the site and looked at all the under shots... Makes no sense to me. It can't be the same car. Someone must have downloaded a pic from another car. No way it can be same car??
Anyone else have two cents to share ??

Someone buy this beauty !!! Please !!! :beers:well, i just did! i saw it on wednesday and emailed the seller, he called , went into great detail about the car and its neat history, was told it has taken a couple of bca awards. this was my first ebay purchase as i just regestered tuesday and already nailed a guy with a burgundy 72 boatail who was trying to sell me the car with fraudulent e bay docs, i sent an email to spoof@ebay and they told me it was a scam. i wasnt even registered at the time, all i did was inquire about the car and the next thing i know hes evading my questions, would not phone me as i requested he do,only sending me emails.which pushed my buttons. and then i get all these e bay docs with my purchase instructions. im green with this so i phoned a friend and he instructed me as to what to do. then i go back on ebay and saw the 73. the color is called colonial yellow.( i dont know which division calls it that)by the way, the seller of the 72 rivs email is d watson921@gmail.com.well guys now comes the wait for it to get here, and then comes the "whadigoinbuythisthingfer" heebie jeebies, and then the after comes the'letssealthedeal" hangover, and then comes sheer nausea when i look at my bank balance!i love it though! but thats it for a good while, honest.... really!:beers:

Congrats Phil!
I looked at this car in Atlanta when the original owner had it for sale. It's was gorgeous then. Looks just as good in the photos now. It's the nicest 73 coupe I've ever seen.

Randythanks for telling me that, i rrrrrrreally needed to hear that! as i was very squeamish about purchasing a car this way, all my purchases have been done through hemmings or locally, never in my wildest dreams did i think id buy on ebay, parts yes,car no! again, thanks.

Phil, congratulations! I've known of this car for some time, and agree that it is probably one of the nicest '73 Centurions in existence. It's great that you've acquired a car with a fully documented history and impeccable care.
"Colonial Yellow" was Buick Division's name for this color.
Thanks for sharing your good news with us!
Now you'll have two beautiful Centurions to submit for our 2009 Centurion calendar.

... from Germany ! A very nice car; I like this color and I like the clean pinstripe.
Seems as if you got one of the rare like-new-cars (it has a higher mileage but looks like new to me); guess it can´t be a mistake that you caught it fast.
Wish you all the best with your new ride ! :xyxthumbs:

Way to go, Phil! I saw and documented this car at the 99 BCA National here in Columbus. Like the other members have already told you, you didn't go wrong with this one. Now all you need is a 71 to complete the set!
