i am the new proud owner of a 1969 lesabre 400 sport coupe with 22,000 original miles on her. the car is virtually brand new and is untouched , it was part of a buick dealers private collection that was recently sold off. the car was a trade in in the mid seventies and was put into a collection until all of thecars were auctioned off a few months ago. the dealership was taylor buick in kentucky. i found the ad in hemmings last month for the car and pursued it last week.it is artic white with a black vinyl top and interior, has the 280 horse 350 4 barrel. turbo 400, options are air conditioning ,soft ray tg,tilt wheel,power trunk release, heavy duty suspension, am radio,rearseat speaker,remote mirror, bodyside moldings,door guards,vinyl roof, belt moldings, carpet savers,accessorygroup,it still sits on its factory dual stripe h78 tires.ihave all original papers, window sticker, build,sales contract,$4,801 sticker.delivered july1,1969. it was fully gone through mechanically,including an nos gas tank, exhaustsystem,fluids,etc. fortunately all done by the gentleman who purchased it from the sale, the car was shipped to massachussets,which was not to bad of a ride from where i live in new jersey, again proof positive of when your not really looking any thing is possible. phil
