I've always thought this would be a neat car to see surface again. Apparently, it was crushed after being used as a "yard car" at one of the assembly plants...Flint, I would imagine.

Here is the only picture I have ever been able to find. I wond this photo on eBay a couple years ago.

Notice the wheel centers - they were painted gold, as well as some of the trim work. The paint was pearl white.

Maybe someone could shed more light on this topic:rolleyes: :o

Adam, I continue to hope that we'll learn more information about this car, which evidently sported a gold interior as well. At a minimum, I'd love to see some color photos taken in the context of one of the 1971 auto shows.

I've got to believe that Buick Motor Division had more information and documentation regarding this vehicle. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to make an inquiry with the Buick Gallery & Research Center at the Sloan Museum.
