Hadn't been run in 13 years. Got it started and is running, but not purring...yet. Interior is in perfect condion. Top needs some TLC. One of the braces/supports for the top fell off. Any idea where to get aprts for the tops? Body is pretty clean too. Has been repainted, close to original color, but not right.

Put my first scratch in it today:mad: backing into the garage.

From what I could tell by the VIN # it originally did NOT have dual exhaust, but they are on the car.

Owned a 1967 225 convertible about 16 years ago, but sold it and have regretted ever since. Glad I found this car (and this forum)!

Believe it or not I re did a top years ago and got a replacement top through jcwhitney which was of some pretty decent quality.
The top was very heavy duty stuff.
I just noticed a tear in my top,the vinyl was so dry from sitting.
Its been replaced once already, now I need to do it again.
The second time hopefully will go a little smoother.

Seems like they no longer carry a very big selection of tops.
The cloth ones googled are quite nice.
The windows seem to be just as expensive as the top itself.
