Hey guys, this may not be the place for this and if it's not, tell me. I'll look elsewhere... My 13yr old boy has taken up surfing. He's dying for a surfboard! However, they aren't cheap. He's a beginner and I refuse to pay $400 ++ :eek: bucks just to see if he's going to stick with this or not. We're in DE, so he can only surf 4 or so months out of the year. Long story short... does anyone have a surfboard they want to part with at a reasonable price? I've looked at evil bay and they want top dollar. Perhaps I am naive, :o but I gotta think there are boards out there collecting dust in someone's basement. And perhaps the owner of such a board would be happy to sell it for a reasonable price just to clear some basement space?? I don't know, thought it was worth asking you fellas!
