There's a guy who sells on eBay with the user name Reo88 who has a black `73 tilt column out of an Electra for sale. I don't think he's listed it on eBay, yet. He's supposed to be checking on a number of parts for me but hasn't gotten back to me.
This may be a better bet. After finding a tilt column out of a `72 Centurion in MN, I mentioned it to the mechanic working on my hanger queen `71 and he told me about a place that sells rebuilt steering columns. They're located in the New York City area and called Steering Columns Galore. Here's their web page: http://www.columnsgalore.com/index.htm
The mechanic has used them and recommends them highly.

We have a very nice 73 that we are parting out,black int,tilt(no key)very nice black spilt elec.seats,complete cars so far.Putting parts on ebail now or you can let us know what you need.randy
