We certainly thought it was SCO Vintage Red but the seller provided the information from the body plate and it turns out that the original color was Code 75 -- Fire Red so it isn't what we thought and hoped it was.

Howdy folks, I'm glad this was brought up, as Tomorrow AM I'm going to look at this girl and take her for a test run.

I was going to post this link on here earlier, as I found this site while doing some research on this model car. Anyone have any pointers or tips on what I should be looking for with this model?

I was kinda concerned, as all the pictures I've seen of this type car, the 455 block is red and this one is blue. The seller did say there's 10k on the engine, so don't know if it's a rebuild or what. Kind of a sad rebuild if it's leaking that much oil already, but whatever. I will be bringing up that question though.

He has it for sale locally as well and have the cash on me to hopefully be bringing this ride home. I already have my list of whats getting fixed first!! lol (drivers side window motor) :)

Not a problem and I appreciate the honesty. I wasn't planning on going to much higher than what she's already at. Hopeing cash will get him motivated. The top and oil leak are big concerns of mine.
