Hello again, Mr buick.

I am looking for new coolant overflow tank instead of my crack old tank.
But, I don't know what kind of overflow tank fits for 1972 centurion.
How much coolant capacity needs for big car?

I think It's almost impossible to find out NOS overflow tank.
So I have to get new universal one for my long drive.
Now I can't make long drive because of my ugly coolant tank.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Ask people who are parting out such a car - for example :

Also search here : http://www.v8buick.com/index.php

Sometimes such tanks pop up on Ebay too - for example :

ADDED : ... just an example here because this tank for a Skylark will not fit your car - as Adam reminded in the next posting !

... good luck !

That's right. Skylark or GS tank will not fit on Big car.
BUt, I am not sure about Electra. Somebody know about it ???

If I buy universal coolant tank, capacity is 2 qt is enough ? Or 4 qt?

Tanks of following cars would fit : Centurion, LeSabre, Electra, Estate Wagon, Riviera of 1971-1972 (... compare with the following posting of Rick !).

I wouldn´t take an aftermaket one as they are shown on the livermoreperformance-site !!
