hi, wondering if someone could advise on rough price guide for 72 "original condition" convertible ..
positives: drove very well, excellent brakes, seemed to drive like new almost.
electric windows & power roof worked well
soft top looked in very good condition ... hard to believe original ? how would i know? no interior lining , was this standard ?
very clean looking carpets, little wear.
45,000 miles

downside:
a/c not working
rust on front right wing at bottom near sill
no power seats / an option then?
radio not working
paint in poor condition ..

color: rusty brown ...

appears to have one , maybe two owners ..

thanks !!!

The color is called Nutmeg and was one of the more popular colors offered in '72, Nick. From the limited photos you have sent, the car doesn't look bad. You could have some dollars involved if you need to get the A/C operative again, rust repair and paint are required, etc. and I'll leave the cost question to other forum members. The 6 way power seat was an option in '72 but you need to remember that these were the days when you could get your car built the way you wanted it and options weren't bundled. If the car has a nice interior and the mileage is correct, those are definite positives. If the price is right, this car could be a winner for you.
