I've never liked the American Racing wheels on my Centurion and have been trying to find 4 good wheels for quite some time. I've had to buy 11 to get 4, so I have some serviceable (spare tire?) wheels available. BUT, now that I have the wheels refinished, my center caps look like crap and I was missing one anyway. I've searched every site I know but can't find refubished or new ones. Anyone out there have a source? Also, my caps have the small Buick tri-shield with a silver backing. Will the center caps from the GS or Skylarks work? I think there is a different size center hole in the wheel.
Also, if any of you want a the set of wheels and tires shown in my photo, let me know....

I’ve been told that new ones are not available, unless its NOS of course.
I have two nice looking ones and four less nice looking.
On the four I was thinking of grinding of the two welding points on the backside and take the whole thing apart. Then polish it up and with a steady hand (no:beers: )and a small brush fill in the colours on the three shields. Then assemble it and restore the welding points to keep it together.
That’s the plan, we’ll see if it works when I get to doing it.

Found some correct NOS (www.ehubcap.com) caps at a whopping $100 each plus shipping!!! I see caps on eBay often but never like mine. Lots of Skylark caps, that's why I wonder if they might work. I think I can rechrome mine for that price if I can locate 1 more cap. Looks like I need to make some trips to a couple of old salvage yards I found................

I paid 30 for my set of four and 20 for the two nice ones, for some months ago.
The chrome looks good on all six, but some of them have corroded a bit under the front glass.
For a set looking like new you would of course need to pay a lot more than that.
I think they look too showy, and don't have them on my car.

The Buick dealership ordered me a brand new set of these caps 2 years ago. they were $36 each. I assume you can still order them.
