I was the only Centurion representing!! There was a '72 convertable "Centurion" for sale on display, but on closer inspection, it really was a LeSabre with Centurion Badges,The rep even admitted it to me, I thought that was ghetto! LOL

I was at a gas station the other day, stooping down and pumping gas, when an older gentleman pulls up and says to me "hey, nice Electra you have". WTF??, LOL, so I says to him that its a Centurion, he looked at me puzzled and proceeds to ask me where I got the "emblems" from, and that he had the same car many years ago and that it's deffinantly an Electra! So I thanked him, smilled and drove away with the thought that just when you think youv'e seen and heard everything.. along comes someone that makes you rethink that whole idea! LOL

I had someone think mine was a Canadian Le Sabre..LOL!..He said"This is from Canada right?"(that is not as ignorant as yours).. Thats too funny Gabe..NOTHING LIKE A GOOD DOSE OF A "KNOWITALL!"...My favorite is when you have a car with original paint and someone insists it was painted, JUST cause it looks too nice!..I have learned to just roll with it.Not worth the waste of time and breath to convince otherwise.

There are two types of people: Those who are very familiar with the Centurion, and those who have never heard of such an animal. I never did until I saw one for sale (the white convertible) in 2003. I was hooked from day 1!
