There were interior pictures on one of the vintage cars for sale sites.
I just can't remember which one.
I had saved these pictures when I first found this particular car for sale.
I must not have saved the rear seat photo.

Back in 1973, if I hadn't got my '71 convertible this would have been the hardtop I would have gone for. ALthough I probably would have added power windows.

HI Phil, actually this car is (or was) located in Kansas City.
If I had not gotten my '71 convertible in May of 1973 I would have ended up buying a two door hardtop. Most likely in this color combination. I couldn't find a '73 convertible at any local dealer in May of 1973. When I saw the '71 I went for it. OF course a few weeks later every dealer around had inventory. I know the dealer that I bought from had at least four in stock. I think there was goldenrod, black, bamboo cream and one of the green colors. My local Chevrolet dealer got two Caprice convertibles in stock in June. One was loaded with options in their equivilent of bamboo cream and white. And they had a Caprice with air and stereo and not much else in their equivilent of jade green and green.
If I had just waited a few more weeks....
But I can't go back and change the past.

The seller, KC Classic Auto, actually had the car on ebay in June of this year. They're located in Lenexa, KS. Mileage at the time was 93,700 which is probably why it has not moved at the price being offered. The car has a very interesting history which was recounted when the original owner or a family member offered it for sale prior to this firm acquiring it. The man worked at the Fairfax plant and watched the car being assembled. It is beautiful and reflects excellent care and certainly doesn't reflect the mileage.
