I've heard both sides of the customer service story for this company.
I bought a set of tailpipes from him a few weeks ago, and they are very nice. They fit well, and he even made them in 2 1/2" for my "performance" application. He groaned a little bit when I asked him to go with a bigger pipe size, but he did a perfect job on them...and the shipping was fast.
The only modification I made was an angled cut for the tip of the pipes at the bumper. He left enough pipe at the end for you to but it any length or angle you desire...or you can leave it as it is.
Of course, I did only buy the tailpipes - no mufflers or head pipes, etc. He also offers stainless steel. That is where I have heard the problem stories...
I don't know - he treated me well and sold me a good product. I will buy from him again.
