Daniel - I bought mine from eBay a few yrs back. Wasn't in great shape, but it wasn't bad either. If you'll allow advice... Post pics, offer a description (including condition and what hardware you have) and entertain offers.
$599 was about the highest I have see on these go for. They normally do not bring that much in. ($250-$450 depending on condition)
For the record, I paid $300+ for mine back in 07.

Just my thoughts... you decide what's best for you.

Daniel, I think you are dead on for price on your customline parade boot - especially if it is in good condition needing only paint. There was a company that was reproducing the storage bags but they seem to have disappeared, I believe the bag alone was around $75, so if yours is in good condition that's can only be considered a bonus to buy. They are all over the board in price on ebay, but $500 is pretty much in line.

I am pretty sure it will fit any full size GM cars. I too grabbed mine for less, but I had to paint it and replace the clips and buy a storage bag. Post pictures, and make sure you show the underside where the clips are and where the two pieces are joined. It should go. If it needs nothing what your asking isn't a bad price.

As Rick said, will fit any full size GM convertible 71-76, but only correct and proper for Cadillac Eldorado 71-76 and Buick LeSabre & Centurion 72-75

I just checked out eBay and see the prices have definitely jumped the last few years. Looks like if you're boot is in good condition the price you're thinking is right in line. Pics would help your cause a bunch!

Mine must not be original.
I have the storage bag,but my boot is vinyl.
