Best tire size for 73 Centurion ?

I need to replace the tires on my 73. It has the factory 15" mag rims. What is the widest tire that will fit both the front and back ?/ I'm currently running 225/70/15s.

You don't want to go any further than a 255 on a 6" wide rim.

Standard size is a 225/75/15, and the "oversize" tire would be the 235/75/15
