Lets see if I got this right, you blew the engine on your beautiful red 73 convertible...  gosh, very sad to hear that :(.
Do you have an oil pressure gauge in the car and if not, did you ever measure it with a shop gauge?

I’m looking for the ends to the body side moldings, I’m lacking three of them. The type on my car was installed by the dealership (Wallace Buick Portland OR), see the pict below.
I have no idea how unusual this type of body side molding is…:confused4:

Is there enough to left to salvage the entire car? Really my only concern is rust, the rest I can find.

The car body is in good shape. The amount of rust on the frame is not bad. I would'nt say good. Something worth looking at. I'm not sure how much work you want to put into the frame.

I need the trunk lid stainless and also interested in the bumper impact strips, maybe the whole rear bumper if it's straight. From what I can see in the pictures, it's really a nice looking car. I almost hate to see it parted out. I'm in Chicago also. Interested in coming out and looking at it. Thanks, Mark 815-347-6569

Hi,

If they fit a '72 convertible, I would be interested in the front grille, the hood latch assembly (bottom portion that attaches in front of radiator), and the rubber impact strips (both sides) off the front bumper. LMK.

Thanks,

Sebastian

If it's not too late, I'd be interested in purchasing the Centurion that covers the trunk lock. These were a 1973 only item.

Sorry! Both those items have already sold.
Not much left at this point. I'm down to the shell, and planning on using the rear quarters myself.

Thanks

Hey there. i could use the electric window buttons and connectors in the doors. leave about four inches of wire on them and I will splice into my 72.

Thank you.

Perry

I'm on the east coast so I can't come there and get anything.

Hi Herman,

I know it's been a while but I was wondering about the condition of a couple of parts and if they are still available.
The bits are circled in the attached pic. I have these parts but mine are pitted not worth rechroming.

Are you interested in selling these parts? If so what shape are they in?

I'd love to see pictures of how you'll use the rear quarters to repair your car.

Thanks,
John
