My marker lights, turning lights, and windows are all connected together....is that right?
Are the cornering lights always on or just when you turn....with the signals blinking?
I need some help! :confused4:

When the headlights are on and you switched on the turning signal then the cornering lights are burning too, Herman. The marker lights are burning together with the headlights.
At my car (itīs built 1971) the fuse in the middle of the right side of the fuse block is the one for the windows relays; normally this one is for the radio too and you should find it named with "radio".
Hope this will help you.

The power window relay should be tucked up under the dash near the fuse box. It's a small silver "box" with a few leads coming off the bottom.

From the top of my head
The power window relay is fused with a 20 amp fuse this is the normal circuit that goes to the switches
The power windows is the circuit that is fused with the 40 amp fuse and this power circuit is the one that drives the motors and is activated by the relay
and the relay can handle current from the motors the switches cannot handle that kind of current and would heat up and fuse together

Hey, you are right with your assumption, Erik, there is a difference between 1971 and 1973 ! But I didnīt know that before I saw your photo of your manual now.
