I looked at this. The seller states the color as yellow.
I thought maybe it was sandlewood, but by any chance could this be a SCO sun yellow? Although somewhat faded it looks more yellow than sandlewood in the photos.
It has some decent parts on it. And it might make a decent restoration project for someone.
If I had an extra big garage or two and a lot of money I would snatch it up.

Dream dream dream.....

Well, Rick, you were sort of on track with this one. Having documented these cars for so long sometimes has its advantages. I documented this particular car in person here in Columbus in 1989. When I got the info off the body plate I was very disappointed to see that the car had been repainted in Sandalwood (or something close) and that the original color had been SCO Deep Chestnut which was a Riviera color. It was a lightly optioned car and the only change I saw is that it was originally recorded with AM-FM Stereo.

I don't know how far gone it is now but if somebody wanted to take it back to its original status, it had a very rare color on it for a Centurion. One has to wonder how it wound up in Minnesota. It was for sale by a private owner when I looked at it twenty years ago.

I forgot to mention that this car can be found in the registry under 4P67T2Y157148. Also, only 7 - 72 Centurion converts were built with the SCO Deep Chestnut color. It was one of the least produced colors on the Centurion convertible.
