Does anyone know where to get the correct spark plug wire holders, the kind that fits on the valve cover bolt?

Gessler offers them. For stock replacement 7mm wires and for 8mm performace wires.

TA Performance sells the same ones Greg does.

Thanks guys,

My current ones feels a little tight after changing to 8 mm performance wires, so I figured I might as well order a new set before they brake.

I’ve never ordered anything from TA yet, do they ship to Europe and do they accept PayPal?

Peter, could you also please post a link to that other vendor Gessler

I'm not sure if TA Performance takes PayPal, but I know they take credit cards.

Thanks Adam,

Gessler has a minimum purchase amount of $100.00 when shipping abroad and they want the payment from a U.S. bank account, so that pretty much leaves them out as an option for me.
Gone send an e-mail to TA and check my chances there, they seem to accept Master Card as you say.

That special pliers for the Taylor wires you once recommended me was really worth the money :xyxthumbs:. The wires came on easy once you figured out how to use it.
Plenty of silicone was needed to be able to thread on the dist boots, but apart from that it was pretty straightforward.

If you want, you can tell me what you need and I will put it to my order.

Appreciate the offer, that was really kind of you Peter,

I want a set (think they come as 4 pc) of 8mm spark plug wire holders in black that fits the valve cover bolts, same as on the pict in the first post.
They call them Ignition Wire Looms on TA’s site.
I haven’t been able to find them on the Gessler site? :confused4:

I could paypal you for the cost of them and for the shipping in advance when you place the order.
Let me know what you think

Thanks agian

Hi Per,

This might be a silly question, but couldn't you drill out the holes on your existing looms?

That’s not a silly question John and I thought of doing so which probably would work just fine.
My experience with old plastic details on the other hand is that they brake easy due to ageing so that’s why I liked the idea of having a new set too.

Thanks for sharing your thought though

I also need a 8mm set of those. So I will order a second set for you.
Now I have this chrome plated moroso stuff on. Looks great but they are junk. The hold the wires in place for about 5 minutes.
You don´t have to advance any payment. Thats not so big dollar to spend ;)

I will order all my stuff in the first week of May. My order gets shipped to a freight company in Cleveland. They are waiting for the other stuff I ordered from Kenne Bell. When it´s all there they pack it together in one big box and ship it to me. So we save shipping cost, taxes and fees.
But it will take me some weeks to get them to your door.
If thats no problem for you I will order them.
If you need them faster you´ll have to get them your self.

Let me know. :xyxthumbs:

I’m in no immediate hurry Peter and it sounds like you will receive the goods sometime in June, so please go ahead and order a set for me.

Appreciate the help! :xyxthumbs:
