LOL - I was just about to tell you Herman that you're probably trying to load pics that are too big... I had trouble doing that before as well. Per (Robroy) came to my rescue! Good luck!

You have to go into the picture you want to load, open the edit picture, go into the stretch or adjust section and make it smaller. If you reduce the picture by 40% on the vertical and horizontal and save it....it should load without a problem. Your picture is just too big. Usually a digital camera saves the picture as an 8X10. I hope this helps. I learned the hard way!
