I have added a small link at the top of every page on the navigation bar that reads "Donate."
This is a link that takes you to a page where you can donate any amount you choose to help out with hte costs of this site and forum.
If there are contributors, I can list your names (if you approve) in a separate thread. This site alone costs me around $200 a year to host, so it's not cheap. But I'm always willing to eat the cost of providing something like this. These websites are a fun hobby for me, so don't feel obligated to donate anything. I already appreicate your participation with BuickCenturion.com!

... should we throw in something more ?
You have all the work with it and all of us have the profits in information and joy, so in my opinion you would do right telling us if there is still a money hole for 2007 !
I´m a member since one year now and I appreciate this forum and your activities to hold it running! :xyxthumbs:
BIG THANK YOU also for all your special information regarding my questions specially in the first months after I got my car ((not all were asked here but by normal emails)) !!!
So if I could do something for you - let me know !:user:

Actually, Rolf, I don't know what the financial status is for the website for the year. I have been asked about it in the last month, and I need to look into it as soon as possible. I just spent a week away from home and work, so I have some catching up to do in the next few days.
As far as I know, it looks like things are pretty well covered...but I need to take into account some of the donations that were made, and then forwarded to Kimson's account. A bunch of those were mixed in there, and I have to sort them out, but it should only take a couple minutes to do that.
Thanks to you, and everyone else, for your continued support, and I look forward to an exciting 2008!
$50 towards 2008 for the Centurion site. Merry Christmas and happy new year everyone.

Adam,
as a new centurion owner I really appreciate this site. Just sent 50 usd to you.
Merry Christmas & Happy new year!
Ps, I have tried to change my name "mickemustang" but doesn´t seemt to find where I can do it. Perhaps it´s not possible. Since I´m no longer a mustang owner it feels wrong. Thought of changing to Swede McQuenn :)
Swede McQuenn :)
Shouldn't it be "Swede McQueen" ?
It's interesting to see that we have three Swedish people on this site. I know there is one more guy over at v8buick.com that is Swedish and owns a Centurion; his name is "Tiamat", but he hasn't been around much lately. I remember him asking me if I could find him a center cap and a knob for his clock like three years ago.

Hey guys, took the weekend and Christmas Holiday off from the computer, so I am just catching up! Couple of things....
1 - Love the movement to help Adam finance this thing. I know he takes a bunch on himself and these donations will help alleviate them! I'll do a $50 spot a well, as soon as I finish writing this. Adam - pls let us all know if you're not getting enough to keep this afloat....
2 - Kimson - we miss you bud! I hear a nasty rumor (thanks to Per :rooleyes2: ) that you might be looking to the Riveria to replace your beloved Centurion? Say it ain't so bro! All kidding aside, can't wait to see what you end up with. But do hope you'll stay on here and share your expertise...
3 - Micke, I love it. Swede McQueen. Very cool! :D
Merry Christmas gang and I hope 2008 is a terrific year for you all! :beers:

I'll always be around, I just couldn't start over with the same car again, not after all the searching for parts and work. I'll probably get a Centurion again at some point, but you have to try some other stuff too.

Totally understand your point Kimson. I'm not sure I would be go back to the same type of car if something like that happened to mine. Can't blame you one bit. That Wildcat is cool! Very cool in fact. What a great Christmas present. Looking forward to watching your progress on her! Keep us posted. And I am sure there may be a guy or two on here that might have some use for your "spare" Centurion parts... :rooleyes2:
Keep in touch. And perhaps it's time to update your Avatar with the new ride? We'll miss the Centurion! Is the grieving time over??? :beers:
Happy New Year!
